Nope mine doesn't look like that.. My photo's are in the album on my computer That's the problem. Your pictures have to be uploaded online somewhere else before you can get a URL address. All mine are from facebook. There's also photobucket and other sites that are a little more private. Hi everyone! I'm trying to trail ride today (waiting on people for the past 2 hours--but I can't ride alone with my colt) and then I get to take my colt to a roping or trail riding on another property tomorrow. Fun weekend planned. I'll be thinking of topics or something to talk about. ;D Hope your thanksgiving was great!

Hope you had a good ride and stayed safe with your colt, how old is he?
PS I have photo's on face book and photo bucket but when I go on either and right click there is no properties. I must be missing a step somewhere. Can you dummy the instructions down for me? LOL

Hope you had a good ride and stayed safe with your colt, how old is he? My colt is 3; 4 on St Patrick's Day 2012. He loped for the 1st time Saturday with me. I got it on video, will see about posting it on here.

So is he a registered paint? can't remember if you said he was the one out of poco bueno lines? My first "real" horse was a black and white paint named Patches. She was a great horse after learning to ride on a multitude of ponies.
I have always wanted a black appaloosa with white blanket, I just never got around to buying one instead I've had a "few" sorrels (my least favorite color) a couple bays, a chestnut, a couple paints and a dapple grey although he's getting more and more white at 15 years old.

She was a great horse after learning to ride on a multitude of ponies. . Registered paint---out of cutting bred mare with great bloodlines in the grandsire/dams. Sire is a roping paint bred horse--don't know bloodlines. No poco bueno in him, BUT my gelding in the picture is double Impressive bred with negative HYPP test. Hoping to stick him on cattle soon and see how he does. He slides when I ask for a stop, so I'm excited to see what else he has inherited from mother.

I put the URL address in so when I hit reply we'll see if it changed from the penguin.
I taught Buddy to do a sliding stop, worked on it so well that he would actually wait for me to think it and the second I thought it he'd slide to a stop BUT it got so bad he wouldn't want to lope or gallop because he was always anticipating. I quit. It wasn't like we were needing to stop on a dime or slide.
My riding buddy has a QH out of a cow breed from TX. He does all that cow stuff on him. He's little for a QH though. Guess that's the blood line.
My paint, Ghost was out of the Poco line but they are not BIG horses and he took after the TB lines.
