As your avatar: 1) the picture you want has to already be online somewhere 2) get it isolated on the screen by itself (instead of in a big photoalbum where it is just a thumbnail, click to make it large) 3)right click on the photo and on the bottom it shoud say "Properties" 4) see URL address and copy the whole address 5) come to the board and login 6) click "Profile" 7) click "Modify Profile" 8) where it says Avatar URL: paste that address in there 9) Avatar width and height--up to 100. Mine are 100 x 100 to give you an idea 10) click "Modify Profile" below Within a thread: 1) the picture you want has to already be online somewhere 2) get it isolated on the screen by itself (instead of in a big photoalbum where it is just a thumbnail, click to make it large) 3)right click on the photo and on the bottom it shoud say "Properties" 4) see URL address and copy the whole address 5) come to the board and login 6) see to the left of a post reply/message there is a "Add Tags" 7) on the bottom row 4th over is what looks like a photo (above angry smiley) * * will look like: [/img] 8) Inside the brackets, you will paste the URL address 9) I cannot control how big it posts, so no help there Hopefully these are helpful

I fixed it for you. More to figure out what I did wrong.
Turns out, I gave you the link to the picture, but not the full address to have it show up.

I don't have any photos online. Is this something I can email to someone and they can give me the URL?

you can email me, the problem is I would have to post them to a photo place online before I would be able to get a URL address.
Photobucket and several other photo sites offer confidential places that are not as personal as facebook.

Not sure why we don't have an attachment button on top, the other pro-board I was on had it? you could post pics the same as JL board. Is there a pro-board help that could answer that?

Testing to see if I understand . . didn't work . . . trying again . . . hmmm, followed directions, but its not working for me it looks like it will post, I get the brakets, I paste the URL but when I submit or modify the post it doesn't show. Was trying to post a pic off of FB, so it is online. Are there any other qualifiers?

We figured it out too after a bit. I don't have the same options on properties and then we didn't comprehend the BETWEEN brackets. LOL

Trying one from FB On my computer you have to click the photo, go to properties but then into General, then Media and copy the link named Location Just in case anyone has the same settings as I do.

It didn't show up for us either because we hit the then pasted the URL after it and didn't realize we had to put the URL between those brackets. Are you clicking between them and then pasting it between them?
