My March rain just keeps bringing mud, mud and more mud. The pasture is half underwater and much too soft for horsey hooves. They got out into the yard the other day and left holes 4-5 inches deep. Oh, did I mention the mud?

The pasture with the wet weather creek is still a bit over full but up here it's pretty good. They are just roped off between their corral and my door and down to the beginning of where the drive splits to my side of the house. A couple acres where there is no fencing. I need to get their electric fence out and fence off the front on the other side so they can start mowing again but it's wetter so it'll take a few more days to dry good. I can cut their hay in 1/2 and in a couple weeks they should be on grass full time. YEAH!!
